TMJ COACHING was founded by Tanja M Jones in February 2015. As a leadership and mindset specialist Tanja has advised thousands of leaders and teams both nationally and internationally since starting the company.

Tanja’s big game is to elevate real estate leaders and agents ability to build trust and transparency within the communities they have the privilege to serve and she recently partnered with Core Logic to complete the first of its kind study, The Real eSTATE of Leadership, with a full report of findings soon to be available for download on our homepage.

As an NLP master practitioner and trainer Tanja is fascinated with the study of human excellence and considers herself a student of human potential, having spent almost 30 years learning the subject.

Tanja also is the producer and presenter for TMJ:TV, a weekly video series for real estate leaders and teams who want to grow themselves and their business in the least amount of time.

Tanja is also a co-founder for Real Women in Real Estate – a national network for women in real estate and property.

Joining the family business, Cameron Prosser brings into the company a system driven approach and is our representative in the sale of Health and Fitness Businesses. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canberra in addition to completing his Agents Representative Licence in Victoria and Queensland. As a past member of the Australian Swim team, Cameron has had extensive experience within the health and fitness industry over the last ten years. During this time, Cameron has traveled nationally and internationally to some of the world’s leading fitness facilities in addition to working alongside a diverse range of health specialists. With great interpersonal skills and an obvious passion for his work, Cameron will ensure the efficient sale of your business.

Lauren is the Director of Property Management for Rental Results and has over 15 years experience in the property management industry. Committed to learning and extending her knowledge Lauren has completed a Bachelor of Business Majoring in Marketing, a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and is a licensed real estate agent. Lauren was named Property Manager of the Year for 2017 with the PPM Group for a National Property Management Award and has been a finalist for the REIQ Property Manager of the Year Awards in Queensland in 2016 and 2017. Lauren has also authored the book ‘Rented!’. ‘Rented!’ takes the hard work and stress out of the property management process and shows new (and not so new) investors how to develop an investor mindset, secure the most suitable tenants, create property appeal, manage your legal responsibilities and rent out your property in the quickest possible timeframe.

Lauren holds a reputation for consistently achieving excellent results within the dynamic areas of residential rental properties and portfolio management. It is her professional approach and strong focus on customer service that sets her apart. She is especially focused on building strong relationships with owners and tenants alike, building trust through clear and detailed communication, prompt follow-ups and a highly organised approach to client management.

She enjoys the many challenges that she faces on a daily basis in her role and thrives on being able to help clients with all aspects of real estate. Lauren is setting the bar when it comes to customer service in the property management industry.

Veronica Morgan is the Founder and Principal of Good Deeds Property Buyers. She is also the co-host of the popular series Location Location Location Australia with Bryce Holdaway and also Relocation Relocation Australia on Foxtel’s The Lifestyle Channel Australia. You can also tune into Veronica as she co-hosts the property podcast The Elephant in the Room, which investigates who is really in control when you buy property. She’s also recently co-founded Home Buyer Academy, which provides online support for first home buyers so they can get onto the property ladder without making costly mistakes.

Veronica is passionate about residential real estate and knows first hand the importance of owning and living in the right property. Prior to “jumping the fence” and becoming a buyers’ agent, she was an acclaimed sales agent in a leading independent agency in Sydney’s Inner West.

Since forming Good Deeds Property Buyers in 2009, Veronica has become a credible (and often controversial) source of opinion on Sydney’s property market. Amongst other things, she is a regular guest co-host on Your Money “Auction Day” (formerly Sky News Real Estate), has presented at Grand Designs Live Australia, been a REINSW awards judge, was a key note speaker at the REINSW Women in Real Estate Conference in 2012, served as Vice President of REBAA and has written numerous articles for mainstream and industry publications including The Sydney Morning Herald’s Domain supplement, Inside Out, Australian Property Investor, Your Investment Property & Smart Property Investment magazines.

Veronica Morgan is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, a Qualified Property Investment Adviser® as well as holding a Bachelor of Design (Visual Communications) and a Masters of Commerce (Marketing). She sounds a bit like a girly swat but she really knows how to burn the candle at both ends!

In 2012 she bought Walk a Mile in their shoes to Victoria, getting 250+ men and women to walk a mile in Melbourne in high heels. This is now a national event for the group across Australia, raising funds for White Ribbon’s Breaking the Silence Schools Program and making a clear statement as a group that violence against women is not OK!
In 2013 Sadhana published her first book – People Power – Did You Have Them @ Hello, a step by step guide to developing and managing performance driven teams.
In 2016 Sadhana wrote I Want What she’s Having a self-help journal to coach and mentor en masse, helping to discover who you are and what you stand for.
In 2013 Sadhana was named the Victorian Telstra Business Women of the Year
In 2016 she was named AFR/WBC One Hundred Women of Influence in Australia
In 2017 Sadhana won the Victorian Leader/Manager of the Year with Institute of Managers and Leaders
In 2008 Sadhana founded Links Fiji – a not for profit, focused on providing pap smears to women in remote islands. Cervical cancer is one of the highest causes of death for women in Fiji due lack of testing.
Sadhana’s drive comes from her desire to leave the world she influences a better place.
Sadhana has earned a reputation as a popular speaker and presenter.
